• No smoking
• Refrain from party/event
• No additional guest without permission
• Save energy when not in use
• Save water when not in use
• Do not place flammable items near any fire-related appliances, and do not leave the area unattended while they are in use 
• Lock the door when going out
• Dispose the garbage as instructed in the house manual
• Do not remove equipment, furniture from the room
• We kindly ask for your consideration regarding loud noises, such as raised voices, sounds from balconies or common hallways, door slamming, footsteps, noise from TVs or audio devices, washing machines or vacuum cleaners, air conditioning units, and the sound of rolling luggage
• Take off shoes in the room
• No illegal use of internet
• Keep the room clean
• Do not flush toilet with anything other than toilet paper
• Clean the kitchenware after use
• Refrain from using items that may cause unpleasant odors, and ensure proper management of food waste
• Do not leave leftover in the refrigerator after check-out
• Enjoy the stay

• パーティーや催し事は極力控えてください
• 事前の承諾がない限り追加の滞在者は受け入れられません
• 外出する際はエアコン等を消して下さい
• 使用時以外は水道を止めて下さい
• 燃えやすい物は火気使用器具の近くに置かない、使用中はその場を離れないでください
• 外出する際は窓を閉めてください
• ゴミ処理は、ハウスマニュアルのゴミの分け方・出し方にお従いください
• 部屋内の設備、備品等既存品は持ち出さないようにお願い致します
• インターネットの違法使用は禁止
• 近隣の迷惑にならないよう
• 大きな声や物音、ベランダや共用廊下での話し声、扉の開閉音、床を歩く音、テレビ・音響機器、洗濯機・掃除機、エアコン室外機、キャスター付き旅行バッグを引く音などに配慮するようお願い申し上げます
• 入室する際は必ず靴を脱いで下さい
• 部屋の清潔な状態を維持して下さい
• トイレットペーパー以外の物を流さないで下さい
• 使用した皿等を洗い全て元の場所にお戻し下さい
• 臭気が発生するおそれのあるものを使用しないこと、生ごみを適切に管理してください
• チェックアウトの際、冷蔵庫の中に食べ物を残さないで下さい
• 思う存分寛ぎ楽しんで頂く事が最重要事項です
